At Transformative Fatherhood, I want to give fathers a vision for what their fatherhood could become. The following are seven attributes that I, as a father, want to be intentional about cultivating and developing over time. I believe these attributes will take our fatherhood from average to transformative. Peace
To pursue rest and harmony with self and others as a result of managing and resolving conflict in a way that produces growth. Resilience
To adjust and adapt to change and challenge, making the most of every moment and season. Joy
To intentionally pursue deep delight and gladness in what really matters in life. Sacrificial Love
To express and embody love in tangible ways for those under our care and for our neighbors. Wisdom
To evaluate, discern, and apply what is best to experience the good life, together. Redemptive Creativity
To create beauty, order, and add value to people and restore what’s broken in the world. Stewardship
